Appointments
I work independently in Houston by appointment only. A request or website interaction does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only through the approved booking process and any required deposit or confirmation.
Pricing and customized services
Prices shown or discussed may be estimates unless expressly confirmed. Color correction, extensions, toppers, wigs, mesh integration, replacement hair, and other customized services may vary according to time, product, hair source, density, method, condition, and complexity.
Deposits, cancellations, and changes
When a deposit is required, the applicable amount, deadline, application toward service, cancellation terms, rescheduling rules, and any nonrefundable product costs should be disclosed before payment. The final cancellation and deposit policy must be approved and inserted before publication.
Results and candidacy
I do not guarantee an exact result. Hair may respond differently based on history, condition, home care, environment, and maintenance. I may decline, postpone, modify, or refer a service when it is not appropriate or when additional evaluation is needed.
Client responsibilities
Clients should provide accurate history, disclose relevant prior chemical or extension services, follow preparation and aftercare guidance, arrive as agreed, and promptly communicate concerns.
